Imperial War Museum next to Yasukuni Jinja. I visited the new and old museums and naturally the new museum is much nicer. Exhibits are also in English now. You'll most likely disagree with much of the content unless you're an uyoku (Japanese rightist) or perhaps a loyal veteran of His Majesty's forces. The militaria is fascinating regardless. A must see for any visitor to Tokyo. Get off at Kudanshita Station. |
